This beautiful 19-inch Armand Marseille German doll features a finely crafted porcelain head with lovely coloring and classic early-doll expression. She has blue glass rocker eyes, an open mouth with four teeth, and a blonde wig, all hallmarks of Armand Marseille quality.The back of the head is incised “Armand Marseille Germany 390N A5M,” confirming authenticity. She is dressed in white bloomers, a half slip, and a dress with special provenance—the dress was purchased in the 1980s at the Stuttgart Doll Show in Germany from a German seamstress, adding charm and collector interest.
She wears black stockings and black shoes, both new. The composition body is in good condition, with some wear marks on the upper thigh joints, consistent with age. A wonderful antique German doll suitable for display and appreciation by collectors.
