FREE SHIPPING: Free shipping applies to doll purchases shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) within the 48 continental United States, including the District of Columbia.  A standard U.S. Postal Priority shipping fee applies to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, England and Germany.  Free shipping DOES NOT apply to International orders.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: Domestic orders are shipped using U.S. Postal Service Ground Advantage.  To place an order, please email us your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address for the shipping label. We accept payment using PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express and shipping occurs within 3 business days of sale.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are shipped using U.S. Postal Service Priority.  To place an international order, please email us your name, address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number and email address for the shipping label. We accept payment using PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express, and shipping occurs within 3 business days of sale.

LAYAWAY PLANS: Layaway plans are interest-free with a single purchase of $100.00 USD, or more, for up to six months, along with a required 25% deposit. With your approval, we will automatically charge your MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Visa or PayPal account, for the agreed monthly payment amount. Monthly payments are required to keep your order active. Balance must be paid in full by the agreed date, not to exceed six months. Your order will ship within 3 days business days after final payment.

RETURNS: In our store, we try to describe the doll, outfit or item as accurately as we can. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, simply email us to discuss your purchase and return. Returns MUST be returned in the same condition as received and in the original box, along with a copy of the invoice. Return shipping charges and insurance coverage are the customer’s responsibility. Donna’s Children will happily issue a refund, exchange or store credit. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and refunds will be mailed within 7 days after the returned item is received.

DELINQUENT CHARGES: Non-payment for one month is considered delinquent and must be brought up to date to avoid a $10.00 late fee. Non-payment for 2 months is in default and subject to a complete forfeit of all credits. Any credits issued are at the sole discretion of Donna’s Children Doll Shop.

RESTOCKING FEES: There is no restocking fee if the item is returned to us within 7 days from within the Continental United States  or 14 days for International orders.  Special order items are non-refundable.

MASSACHUSETTS SALES TAX: If we are shipping within the state of Massachusetts, a sales tax of 6.25% will be added to your invoice.

NOTE: Just because you have an item(s) in your cart, does not mean it is reserved. You must complete the checkout process with a payment to finalize the reservation.
