Items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Ground Advantage. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all dolls.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We accept U.S. Funds for International orders and ship U.S. Postal Service Priority. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, England and Germany. FREE SHIPPING does not apply on International orders. RETURN INFORMATION:
We try to describe the doll, outfit or item as accurately as we can. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item simply email us to discuss your purchase. Returns MUST be retuned in the same condition as received in the original box with a copy of the invoice, Return shipping charges and insurance are the customers responsibility. Donna’s Children will happily issue a refund exchange or store credit. Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt and refunds will be mailed within 7 days after the returned item is received.
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS: (Layaway)
Layaway plans are interest -free with a single purchase of $100.00 (US Dollars) or more for up to 6 months. A 25% deposit is required. With your approval we will automatically charge your MasterCard, Discover, American Express,Visa or PayPal account. For the agreed monthly payment amount. Monthly payments are required to keep your order active. Balance must be paid in full by the agreed date, not to exceed 6 months. Your order will ship within 3 days business days after final payment.
DELINQUENT CHARGES:
Non -payment for 1 month is considered delinquent and must be brought up to date to avoid a $10.00 late fee. Non -payment for 2 months is in default and subject to a complete forfeit of all credits. Any credits issued at the sole discretion of Donna’s Children Doll Shop.
MASSACUSETTS SALES TAX:
If we are shipping to the state of Massachusetts a sales tax of 6.25% will be added to your invoice.
RESTOCKING FEES:
There is no restocking fee if the item is returned to us within 7 days. From Continental United States
