Shop hours: Monday- Friday 10am-4pm EST. Due to the many sizes and weights of our items we offer shipping and handling on your order using your zip code to calculate your shipping with US Postal Service Ground Advantage. WE ALSO NEED YOUR ZIP CODE TO CALCULATE SHIPPING.
We insure items for their sales value. Orders will be shipped within 3 days of sale. You may pay invoice with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal.
We ship International, payment in U.S. funds only. Items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority.
We insure items for their current sales value. VAT TAX is exempt on items under $2,500. Over that amount we must complete a VAT TAX form. You need to describe the item as it appears on our listing. including your name, complete address, telephone number and email address.
We try to describe the doll, clothing or item as accurately as we can. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply email us to discuss your purchase. Return items MUST be returned in same condition as received in it’s original shipping box and a copy of our invoice. Return shipping charges and insurance for the value of the item is the customers responsibility. Donna’s Children will happily issue a refund, exchange or credit to your account for item returned to us within 7 days. Your refund, exchange or credit will be issued less our original shipping and insurance within 7 days of receiving your return.
Layaway payments are interest free with us with a single purchase of $100.00 (US Dollars) or more. Purchase requires a 25% deposit on item. We will with your approval, automatically charge the agreed amount to your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Discover American Express or PayPal. For PayPal monthly transactions please contact us for transaction procedure. Monthly payments are required to keep your order active. Balance must be paid in full by the agreement date not to exceed 6 months. Your order will then ship within 3 days of payment in full.
Non-Payment for 1 month is considered delinquent and must be corrected to avoid a $10.00 late charge.
Non-payment for 2 months is in default and complete forfeit of the credits can be realized. Credits issued will be at the discretion of Donna’s Children Doll Shop.
If we are shipping from the state of Massachusetts a sales tax of 6.25% will be added to your invoice.
There is no fee if the item is returned to us within 7 days (14 days Canada and EU)
